
K- Know Your Self.

Life is a journey to learn, experience and explore. We think we know ourselves better but the fact is we keep learning about ourselves throughout our life.
What you were in your teenage, you wont be the same in your 20s and what you were at your 20s you wont be the same in your 30s.
We keep learning and changing throughout life. Like what was your favourite thing a year back will be replaced by something probably this year or year after.
But to know about ourselves and to learn what we are like, we need to keep a track of a lot of things. Keep observing and spend more time alone.
It is important to learn about ourselves because it leads to better lifestyle and mental health. If we are not aware about ourselves a lot of confusion takes place, we often feel lost and we also tend to take a lot of wrong decisions.

We try to define ourselves through people’s point of view, what people thinking gets more important to us. But at some point in our life it gets exhausting. It gets really into our nerves and we often get hurt in the process. I feel we need to first know ourselves better, heal ourselves rather than expecting others to heal us.
When you know yourself, you are motivated, focused and you get to know what is right and wrong for you, what is important to you, your prioritize things well, be strong and tend to do less mistakes.
Knowing yourself is more important than trying to fit in the crowd that is not for you, trying to be the way others want you to be but by knowing yourself well, you will live with fewer regrets. Try to be your own superhero.

So if you are lost in life, try to list down things that you know about yourself, you want to improve, list down things you want to achieve and what are your plans as to how to achieve them. Try to list down your negatives too and how to improve it… Try to learn from your bad experiences and count your little blessings. Take time out from your mundane life, from running behind everything and everyone and give yourself some time. Know yourself to improve your life.
