Eid Mubarak. Back to Blogging after A Month Break.

Asalam Alaikum,
Welcome back to my blog.
How does it feel to be back to blogging after a month of break from blogging and social media?
It feels great, I feel charged. I have this new energy that will help me to stay focused on blogging. I did miss blogging and was skeptical of how will this break affect my blog. But anyway, it is always great to take a break and come back with a fresh mindset.
I did not take this break only because it was the holy month of Ramadan and I wanted to get into religious and spiritual mode, but to actually connect with my inner self and listen to my inner voice. I really was craving to spend my time all alone with my own self without any stress and distractions. Social media is one hell of a devil when it comes to distractions.
However, I did utilize this one month break most on Youtube and reading. I watched videos related to blogging and how should I go about my own with my own journey. I read books that I wished to read and read blogs which gave tips on blogging itself. I wanted to learn and still am learning more about blogging. But I realized one thing during this month, i.e to actually excel and become an expert as a blogger, I will actually have to practice, and for that, I need to blog.
One only learns about blogging and writing by actually practicing it regularly. So here I am to finally start my journey as a full-time blogger.
Let’s come back to the festive mode I am in, It’s Ramadan Eid my favorite festival. But there is nothing hyped about how I celebrate it. I wake up early in the morning for prayers before sunrise and start cleaning every spot and corner.
When time is running and I realize there is no time left to waste, I take a shower, wear my new clothes and wait for my cousins and everyone to arrive at home for the meet and greet session.
While I write this blog taking a break from the kitchen hustle; my mother is preparing Mutton and Chicken Mughlai food items and of course Eid is incomplete without Shirkurma.

Till 12 to 1 o’clock in the afternoon we have this visiting each others house session of all my cousins and close family relatives who stay nearby and after that it’s time to have food, take afternoon nap (because how much can one be energetic after having all the delicacies and sweets and biryani) and then evening there will still be some guests coming up to meet.
Eventually, my Eid is all about meeting, greeting and spending time with family and relatives and friends and munching on all the delicacies that Eid is famous for.
Not to forget getting all the money as a form of Eid gift (Eidi) and ending the day with blessings and being grateful for everything I have. I don’t go anywhere on Eid, so my Eid is pretty much way too simple.

Let me know if you also celebrate Eid and how? While non-muslims can share their favorite Eid dish that they crave and wait for their Muslim friends to host them an Eid Party.
