Celebrate Life.
Good Morning!
Remember our Mantra?
“No one and nothing matters, all that matters is you and yourself. Learn to love yourself first and everything else will fall in place. Trust me!”
I did not even realize that I have actually completed writing 8 posts for My friend Alexa’s program hosted by Blogchatter. I thought this would be my last post but when I checked just to be sure I realized all my 8 posts were up. Lol… And maybe now I won’t have much of readers as much I had for last this month. 🙁 Never mind, I will still write because this is my space and I can always write and spill my heart here.
So today’s lesson that I wish to share is all about celebrating life. This is coming out from someone who never celebrated anything with a full heart. Always was a step ahead thinking about the things that would keep me worrying and overthinking. I never could learn to enjoy the moment and learn to live in the moment.
But if you are someone who is kind of feeling low in life, feeling like missing all your friends and loved ones out there, just make it a point to call them, meet them today if you can or make a plan to have a reunion with all your long lost friends and have a time of your life. Live all those memories and make new ones.
If you are someone who is longing to just talk to someone you know will understand just go or call and talk to them. Have a deep talk and lighten your heart. If you are someone who is getting bored with life or can’t really understand what is going wrong in your life, then just make an adventure plan for yourself. List the things you always wanted to do and one by one go for it. It could be joining for a swimming class, a Zumba class, or going on a trekking adventure, taking a day out yourself on a date with your own self and visiting places you always wanted to visit or wishing to visit a place you love to go.
I never learned to celebrate anything, not my birthdays, not my success, nothing. Just living and going with the flow. I hardly socialize and sometimes I do miss to have a social life of my own but now mostly I feel terrified to socialize and I like myself in my own cocoon. But I don’t wish you the same. I hope whoever reading this know that life is all about messy bits. But that does not mean you will let it take you down.
The best thing you can do is make memories you would want to cherish for life and smile looking back at them in old age…Why live with regrets and guilt? I feel we must also make the most of our failures and low points in our life because we learn everything in life in a hard way. So why to feel despair, when life gets, a bit messy, know that at the end it’s going to be fine.
We get one life to live, one chance to live our life to the fullest, why waste? Try to enjoy the little moments in life, little laughter, little celebration, however small they may seem, celebrate them because life is all about celebrating…
Have a beautiful day ahead…

How To Teach Your Baby To Sleep On His Own
We, as mothers, absolutely love rocking and swaying our babies in our laps to make them sleep. We love the bonding and the closeness with our babies in the process. However, it’s also important to teach your baby to sleep independently and without any assistance. This will make your kids learn good sleeping habits and develop a sound sleep pattern.I started training my kids to sleep on their own as soon as I weaned them and moved them to bottle feeds. It took a little while but it was a massive relief when they finally began to sleep on their own. I could finally have a routine and could plan my day as per my babies’ schedule. I am sharing my experience and what I did for teaching my babies to soothe themselves to sleep.
