I couldn’t find a good topic from H that would relate to art, so here I am conveying what I feel when I am around art.

Home is a feeling they say.

A home is not the four walls you live in, or maybe that could be if it gives you that warmth and vibe.

What is home for you?

For me, home is a feeling when I held the brush and lose myself in the process to paint.

Home for me is when I read a good book and lose myself in a parallel universe and hop on the adventure that the book takes me on.

Home is when I write my poems and stories, pouring my heart out and bleeding ink.

Home is when I dream of traveling to Istanbul alone and how till then I wish to master the Turkish language to gel in with the locals and know their stories. Someday, I will be sitting in a cafe in Istanbul and writing stories that I come across while exploring the beautiful city.

Home is when I think about having a small cozy house in some place cold, that has the best view of mountains and trees, even a waterfall to add on ( dreams shouldn’t have limitations). This house would have the smell of ginger milk tea, a huge bookshelf, and a cozy chair to read on. This house will have a room which will be my art studio where I would paint.

Home for me watching Netflix shows particularly K-dramas that deal with real problems and has some healing effect with them.

Home for me is the silence of the night when everyone is fast asleep and I am either painting my heart out or pouring my heart out in words and writing something to please my soul.

Home for me is dreaming to have a camping bus or a jeep car and drive all the way to some destination unknown all alone and finding solace in the journey. The long roads would lead me to some mysterious destinations.

Home for me is around my books, art, and solace, the peace that I am in search of, away from the chaos and constant hustle I wish to escape from.

Here are some house pictures which I have painted which do give me a feeling that if and when I have a house of my own I want such cozy cute little ones. My favorite one is the tree house.

Imagine having a tree house to live by…
